21. Do you provide legal and counseling services in Bulgaria?

22. I read somewhere that it pays off to buy a real estate in Bulgaria, but I don’t know anything more. How should I know what, where, from whom and for how much?
This is what we do. We answer all Investor’s questions. We deliver materials about the Bulgarian real estate market and help direct the investment plans. We make all necessary analyses to present the offers that meet the requirements of our Client.
23. It is hard for me to find the time to organize my travel to Bulgaria, transport to the real estates and accommodation.
It is the task of the Company – the Investor does not have to worry about these things. We organize the flight (or other type of travel), accommodation in Bulgaria (according to the Client’s requirements), we welcome you at the airport (or some other place) and accompany you during your whole stay in Bulgaria providing you with service in Polish. We provide our own means of transport and part at the airport before your return flight to Poland.
24. Can I see other real estates apart from those pre-selected in Poland during my stay in Bulgaria?
Of course - it is possible to see other real estates that catch your eye during your stay in Bulgaria.
25. I have not found what I was looking for in your offers. Can I order searching for it to your company?
Yes. It is possible.
26. I will buy a real estate and what next? Who will take care of it, clean it, repair?
This also belongs to the Company’s tasks. We guarantee entering an agreement for management, cleaning, taking out the garbage, laundry, watering the flowers, paying the bills, etc. The service costs about 6 EUR per square meter yearly.
27. Can I insure the purchased real estate in Bulgaria?
Yes, we do that for our Investors.
28. Do you provide additional services such as power and water supply, broadcasting signal, etc after purchasing the real estate?
Yes, of course.
29. Is it possible to furnish the real estate by your agency after purchasing it?
Yes. We fulfill all requirements of the Investor in this field.
30. Is rental a part of your activity as well?
Yes, of course.
