The town is a conglomerate of the sea, river estuary and oak forest, and is located on a small peninsula. A large number of hotels, guesthouses and private guest lodgings guarantee prefect resting and cozy taverns, pubs and discos – great entertainment. There are sandy beaches on both sides of the town. The temperature of water reaches 27°C. There is a small fishing harbor – you can take a boat or a small ship and cruise around the 25km long Ropotamo River. You can also go to Sozopol, which offers a beautiful old city – it is a little over 20 km away.
There is a summer theater and a beautiful park with many lanes – all in an old inshore park. The resort is famous for its 10 km long beach – the longest one on the Black Sea coast. It is a place preferred by young Bulgarians, who come here and reside in the nearby hotels and student hostels. There are many small cafes and all night discos everywhere. The night life can bring much pleasure – if you enjoy attractions of the kind.
