It is often hard for our Investors to find the time to organize their travel, transport or accommodation in Bulgaria. That is why we take care of it. The Investor’s only task is to name the days. We care about our Investors’ time; that is why the travel and formalities take only up three or four days. There are however cases when the whole process takes only two days.

Flights are the most popular way of business traveling. There are comfortable connections to Sofia, Varna and Burgas from many Polish cities. The best is to fly directly to Burgas or Varna. We wait for you at the Bulgarian airport in each case. The prices vary from 700 to 1500 PLN [per round trips]. A large number of charter and low cost flights are available in the tourist peak time [end of May – end of September] – the prices are significantly lower then.

Coach travel is the alternative. The price varies from 500 to 600 PLN. You need to add 1.5 day to the round trip.

Accommodation in Bulgaria is selected according to the standard described and preferred by the Client. The costs of accommodation are incurred by the Company if the investment exceeds the level of 100.000 EUR. In all other cases, the costs vary between several dozens to several hundreds PLN per day.

Travel and accommodation organization takes place after the Investor accepts the costs. The total cost of flights, accommodation and full board usually reaches the level of 1500 PLN.

After welcoming you at the airport, we travel around Bulgaria together and part just before your return flight to Poland.

We are aware of all limitations the Investor faces because of his professional career; that is why the arrival and assistance in Bulgaria is possible on Saturdays and Sundays as well.
