Assistance in Bulgaria

 

We welcome our Investors right at the airport [or some other place]. We accompany you throughout your stay in Bulgaria with our assistance in Polish.

We visit all real estates you have selected. We trquested from developers, during inspectiosn detailed plans, information about the construction materials, patterns of agreements, etc. We also do simultaneous translations on the spot. Visiting other real estates that catch your eye during your stay is also possible.


After selecting the property on customer request, we can provide an outside lawyer to check the status property (whether it is free of encumbrances).


We assist our investors at their meetings with Legal Advisors and Notaries, at preparing the authenticated deeds. Notary in Bulgaria, check the extract from the register of real estate, confirming the lack of commitment on the object. Notaries also confirmed the object belonging to a particular person - the seller and obtain a state property valuation. It is important that the price for property in the notarial deed can not  be lower than the state valuation. The process of payment for the property should always be made in the form of transfers or on the basis of the accounts and invoices. After signing the documents by the seller and Investor and signature approval, the notary submits the deed to the Municipal Court to the national register of real estates.


The preparation of the real estate for use is the last step [i.e. ordering power and water supply, real estate management, cleaning, laundry, security, furnishing, rental, etc.].
