We care about our Investor’s time. All formalities and travel take up to 3, 4 days. There are however cases when the process (including traveling) takes only 2 days.
4. Are arrivals and services possible on Saturdays and Sundays?

Yes, of course. Our Polish service accompanies the Investors throughout their stay in Bulgaria.
9. Is it possible to get a fully equipped and furnished apartment with a view over the sea for 2500 PLN per square meter?
Yes, it is possible.
10. How come some real estates cost 600 EUR per square meter, and others almost 2000 EUR?
It is a completely normal situation. The price depends on many elements such as the distance from the sea, time of the real estate acceptance for use, location, showplace and other attractions’ availability, area, furnishing, discounts, etc.
The trip costs from a couple of hundreds to about 1500 PLN. The price depends on the departure place, month, booking time, etc.

TThe price growth depends on the location and attractiveness of a given real estate. In 2007, property prices have increased on average by 23%. The average yearly income from rental reaches the level of 4 to 10%.
6. How will I know the real estate seller is reliable and solvent?
During his stay in Bulgaria, as in Poland, you should check all possible documents available from the developer. Should be such act of ownership of land, building permits, etc. We are at your disposal when you translate those documents.
7. How will I know the real estate was hypothecated or presented other limitations?
Checking the property is the responsibility of the customer. The developer must provide the customer with the purchase of the relevant provisions in the agreement or submit the relevant certificate of registry of the property.
