The recreation center – Elenite – is located 10 km north east of Sunny Beach. Frame houses dominate here – there are over 220; most of these red-roofed white-walled houses face the sea. There are 4 restaurants, a café, night clubs, disco, yacht club and water sports schools, football and volleyball fields, mini golf, tennis courts, indoor swimming pools, saunas, a kindergarten, and many more in the town. The tourist assistance is of high quality here.
