“Elite IV” Holliday Village was recently completed in immediate proximity to “Elite II” and “Elite III” in the southwestern part of Sunny Beach. Only 350 meters from the seaside means that the Fregata beach and the popular Cacao beach are only a few minutes walk away. It also allows for some gorgeous sea views from the rooftops. The resort is 10 min away from Nesebar (UNESCO World Heritage site) along the seaside. The main Sunny Beach road is close by allowing for an easy connection to both taxis and public transport.

The complex offers a 15 residential groups of four floors each at the periphery of the plot. An attractive area area for relaxation, tanning and entertainment is located in the middle of the complex and has 2 swimming pools, children's playgrounds, a restaurant, aqua bar, cafe, shops, a fitness hall and a doctor's office.
