The project “White Sails” aims to insure a perfect sea holiday to the owners of the apartments. The entire development is designed in the typical architectural style of the sea character of the region, with predominant application of natural white wood.

The order and the calmness in the complex will be insured by specialized Security Company. All non residents will have limited access to the complex. According to the project there are two swimming pools in the complex - one for adults, and the second one - smaller for children. The complex proposes: outer pool; outer child pool; satellite TV; Internet; lobby bar; outer bar to the pool; room-service; reception; transport from the airport to the complex; checkpoint into the complex; guard of the parking place; property management

All owners will be able to use also the areas for drinks and food in the complex. Right next to the beach there are a beach bar, sunshades, sun beds, etc.

Each owner in the complex concludes a maintenance contract where is specified an annual fee. This contract guarantees comfort in a clean and well organized environment. The contract ensures also the maintenance of the parking places, sport facilities, green areas, the security system and the cleanness of the whole complex.
